I’ve been involved in real estate as an attorney, title company owner, hard money lender,  real estate broker, and investor, for more years than I care to remember.

My biggest problem — other than wearing too many hats — is that I love to talk and write about real estate.

Over the years I’ve maintained separate blogs and websites for real estate investing, lending, title, and real estate legal issues.  I’ve finally wised up and decided to pull it all together on one website.

Now I can babble on about all kinds of real estate issues in one forum.
