S&P/Case-Shiller Report Shows Denver House Prices at All Time High

If you’re actively looking to buyer or sell a home in the Denver-Metro area, the Case-Shiller news is no big surprise.  Since about the middle of last year we’ve seen steady increases in price with houses often selling for over list price in a matter of days.

It’s always nice, however, when the big name economists support what we’ve been seeing.   The Case-Shiller report has glowing numbers for Denver’s housing market, showing a strong recovery.
